Processing of Orders
We know how excited you are to receive your products, and we are just as excited to get them to you.
At Heritage Country we aim to process and ship order within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Processing of orders may take longer during promotions, product launches, peak periods or public holidays, and we ask that you are patient during these times.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped from our head office in QLD using Australia Post as our delivery partner.
We offer flat rate standard shipping of $10 on orders under $150.
For orders over $150, we offer free standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
We also offer a range of other shipping options such as express post with rates calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions of the package. Please contact us if you need to access other shipping options and we can look at an option that suits your needs and provide a quote.
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and location.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address on your order. Heritage Country takes no responsibility for parcels that are not received by the customer due to errors in the address details provided by the Customer. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the Customer is responsible for any costs incurred by the Seller, including to re-send the parcel to the correct address.
While we are happy to accept returns or exchanges in line with our returns policy, Customers are responsible for organising the shipping on returns or exchanges including bearing any costs.
